Fortunate to have AC as my Director at the City of Raleigh Planning Department

So sorry for your loss. He was so nice and thoughtful. Prayers for the family.

Our deepest condolences to the Hall family and gratitude for all you have done for the town of Pine Knoll Shores and The Sea Turtle Protection Project.

You are already missed, Uncle A C. You give my Daddy & Momma a big hug for me ( FOG & Sissy Goodwin). You & Aunt Dot were a constant throughout my life I thank the Hall family for sharing you. I love you guys. Gwynn Conwell (aka: Goodwin)

I´m so sorry that a great man will be missed by his large and close-knit family but his legacy is certainly one to be honored.
