Not sure what to say?

Dear Joyce,
That was a wonderful obituary. Someday we will see our loved ones in heaven. Looking forward to that day, but there are so many that are still not ready to die. You are truly loved and my prayers are with you. When things settle down, please give me a call. Love, Marilyn

Is this the same Al that volunteer for AYSO soccer

My heart aches with the loss of Al. My thoughts and prayers are with Joyce, and the family. Al is one of the nicest guy I've ever known, he and Joyce were the perfect examples of what God intended us all to be. I know heaven is a better place with him now there.

Al was a tremendous individual who touched many lives including mine. He will be missed. He was a wonderful man and it is his smile that I will never forget - it was contagious. My condolences to Joyce and all his family and friends. He was a "class act".

Al was always a great joy to be around. I looked forward to seeing him at the family gatherings I was able to attend. His passion and dedication to AA will continue to be an inspiration, as will his wonderful sense of humor. My love and empathy to Joyce and Nancy and Susan and Joe.

I just thought of Al the other day and wondered how he was doing. I first met him at Overcomers @ Riverlakes 13 years ago and he helped me through a very difficult time. He then further inspired me to start running and getting fit. I'd see him at the events and he'd still be participating...so inspiriational..he will be missed and will be fondly remembered by many.

I always smiled when I saw Al's name on the dental schedule. He was a wonderful man, happy go lucky, so full of energy and life. He will be missed. My sympathies go out to all his family and friends. I am sure he will be watching over all of us. Jeane@Dr. Rohs office

My heartfelt condolences to Al's family and all the friends he leaves behind. Al was a man of great faith, a man of integrity, a man of generosity, a man of compassion, and also a man who didn't mind telling you how the cow ate the cabbage if he felt you needed to hear it. I loved Al like a brother and mentor and am so grateful he was a part of my life. Al and Joyce helped me many, many times when I was at low points in my life. I thank God for having had the experience of knowing Al. ...

My heart goes out to the Adams family on there loss. Joe and Saundra and the three children. I remember meeting Al and how proud he was of Joe when he became a Firefighter. he will be missed
