Alvin Ezra Moffat Alvin was born in Fruitland, WA on Sept. 1, 1925 to Ethel (Mills) and Arthur Moffat, and passed away on Aug. 13, 2014 at age 88. Alvin lived in the Sumner area for 50 years. He was an Elementary Principal for Tacoma Public Schools. He was an avid golfer at the Linden Golf Club....
