In my many years of nursing and of all the people I have served, Amanda has been and will always be a shining star. Her spirit was unwavering, her wit unmatched as she navigated through a life filled with challenges but always crossed the finish lines a champion. I think of you often Amanda. It has been many moons since I had the privilege of supporting Amanda as she went about her day, way back to when she provided quality control and packaging at DJC designs! I remember rocking out to Boston and Journey, her love of humor and teasing and of course that beautiful smile! My heartfelt thoughts and condolences go out to her family and caregivers.
