Amelia Weinreis-Rodriguez Obituary

Amelia June Weinreis-Rodriguez

Amelia June Weinreis-Rodriguez was born on March 1, 2025, to Addison Weinreis and Jerry Rodriguez IV. She went to be with the Lord on June 9, 2025. Though her time on earth was too short, Amelia brought joy and love into the lives of everyone who knew her.

Amelia was a sassy and particular baby, adored and spoiled by everyone around her. Whatever she wanted, she got-she had us all wrapped around her tiny little finger. Her laughter and playful spirit lit up every room, especially during late-night giggles with Mom and Dad, when she preferred playtime over bedtime. One of her favorite pastimes was tugging on her Papa Jerry's beard, always with a gummy grin on her face.

She loved listening to music and dancing with her Nana, and her favorite movies were The Lion King and Tarzan. Watching Little Baby Bum with her GG always brought her comfort, even if Mom wasn't a fan. Amelia looked forward to time outside, watching animals and soaking up the sunshine. She spent many joyful moments at Grandma Ashley's house, giggling at her Uncle Milo's antics, kicking her little feet in excitement trying to keep up. On school days, Amelia enjoyed special outings with her Aunt Sissy and cousin Adreena, especially their Thursday grocery trips and long walks.

No matter where she was or who she was with, Amelia was the light of our lives. Her smile was contagious, and her laughter filled our hearts. She brought so much happiness into the world and was deeply loved by all, including family members, she never had the chance to meet.

Amelia is survived by her loving parents, Addison Weinreis and Jerry Rodriguez IV; her grandparents, great-grandparents, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will always hold her in their hearts.

We love you so much, our sweet angel. You will be forever missed and always remembered.

Her visitation will be held Thursday June 19th from 5-7 pm at Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 20th at 2:00 pm at West Way Christian Church with Pastor Willie Coop officiating. Cremation will follow services. Fond memories and condolences may be left at www.dugankramer.com for the family. Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with services.
