Not sure what to say?

Dear Stendell and Miller Families: We want to express our deepest sympathies to all of you on Amy's passing. My daughter, Kendall, worked with Amy at Silver Creek for a short time and they both shared a love of basketball. But, more than that, my family (the Gernerds) grew up with the Millers through our church. I have a lot of memories of young Amy from church functions like Bible School and Christmas pageants. It's just really sad to lose someone so young and I hope you are able to...

Dear David, Zach, Jason and Josh,
When I received the sad news last week my thoughts travelled to all of my "Amy" memories. Whether it was her crashing her shopping cart into mine at the Weis or visions of her chugging from her gallon of ice tea I could not help laughing out loud, and also shedding some tears. As Marcie mentioned her wedding day I too remember that incident all too well, as in Amy fashion she could be scolding you but you often were brought to tears in abundant laughter....

Amy was more than one of a kind. she was always there for you no matter what, she got you to reach for the stars with her, she made you laugh, made you think. She always rallied the troops and always made sure she always did something special with Zach - that was her inner light and strength. Well sunshine, it's so hard to say good bye so we'll just say - till next time. All our love to David and Zach ..she was such a truly special person and everyone who had the fortune to have met and...

Dear Zach and family,
I'm so sorry to hear about your loss.

Mrs. Marshaleck (Zach's fifth grade teacher)

My deepest sympathy. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. A one of a kind woman, a great woman and one who will be forever in our thoughts. May God Bless! Ellen Routson

Our sympathies to your family and the tremendous loss you are experiencing. I have worked with Christine for many years and have had the good fortune to meet her family and my husband has worked with Amy years ago at SCC. Nothing really can ease the pain right now but may the strenght of your family help you bear the burden of your grief.

Dear Zach,
I'm very sorry for your loss. You have been, and will continue to be, in my thoughts.
In sympathy,
Mrs. Best

Words cannot express the person, mom, or worker Amy was.... you just had to sit and watch her in action and then you just knew. You knew that her intensity, compassion and dedication was like no other. My time with Amy, without a doubt, was too short but the life lessons she taught....they are eternal. No matter what she was battling, she was always flashing that infectious smile followed by her "amy" chuckle and beaming about her boy Zach!!!

My deepest sympathies to David and...
