Andrea Failla

Andy was a life changer for me. It's as simple as that. He hired me at ESL Inc. in 1974, in spite of the fact that I was non-degreed, had never seen a computer, and I had very little relevant experience. He saw something in me, and often guided me in my professional development. At ESL, I met my wife, made a multitude of supportive colleagues, made many friends for life, and discovered my love for the physical sciences. Andy was a wonderful human being who was always ready to help anyone. We worked in the same company for many years and remained friends after he retired. We will all miss his humor and friendship. RIP Andy. Rudy Salci, Nampa, Idaho
