It was with deep sadness that I recently learned of Andres' "Andy" passing. Living in the same neighborhood in Edinburg we knew each other since our childhood and high school days. Andy was the type of person that once he befriended you he was a friend forever. I met Andy when I was assigned to work in Houston. He welcomed me to Houston and to his home. I was blessed to meet his family. I will always be grateful to him and to you all for receiving me with gracious hearts
