I had the good fortune of meeting Andy in 2006 and remained friends with him. Andy was one of the most giving people I have ever met - he was always willing to lend a hand and was always looking out for others. He will be missed.

I was blessed with having the opportunity to know and work with Andy during most of my seventeen years working with MTC Technologies. Not only was Andy one of the most outstanding engineers, thinkers, and dedicated teammates I have known, he was one of the best men I have known. I´m am so saddened to lose my cousin, Andy Coggins, way too soon. I pray God welcomes Andy home and comforts Carol Coggins and his extended family and friends. Andy was certainly a charitable guy for as long as I can recall. For example, he and his family visited us in Texas in the late 1970s or early 1970s during my baseball card days. Thanks to Niel, he introduced me to Andy over 20 years ago.. very smart guy, he showed me how to network and build computers, he always had a project going on and always helping someone. Andy helped me out when I changed careers back in 2008 letting me help with his projects around his house, I would say I was one of the ones that Andy helped. Andy and I would build computers together every couple of years as we were about to build this summer. He will be missed dearly!!
