Read MoreI have such fond memories of my time with Andrew. He took me under his wing in JROTC at Topeka High. I can vividly remember going to lunch with him and hanging out after school. He made a lasting impact on me with the way he cared for me and had my back. My condolences to Andrew's family and loved ones. He was a special soul.

I am so sorry to hear of Andrew's passing. I will never forget the year him and my son dressed up like girls for Halloween. They honestly pulled it off. On occasion I would see him at CVS. He was on his way to class. Have to have snacks he said to get thru. We always asked how the other one was doing. He was always a pleasant young man in my presence and well mannered. Andrew you will be missed. May you R.I.H. My sincere condolences to the Family.
