Andrew Adgate Duer IV

I worked with Ad 30-odd years ago. He was smart and interesting. We kept in touch over the years, and I considered him a friend. The last time I was in contact with him he said he was in Ukraine. He was a one-of-a-kind guy. He will be missed.

OMG, I just realized it’s been 32 years since I had the amazing opportunity to work for him.not 20 years! Ooops.
Doesn’t matter, Ad was truly amazing! Although it’s been decades since I had the opportunity to work with him, I will ALWAYS remember him!

I worked for Adgate Duer back in 1992 (while he served as President of Pro-Med Medical, near Seattle, WA.)
Adgate was hired during a truly challenging time at Pro-Med Medical, a family-owned medical supply company in the 1990’s.I was in my early 20’s at the time.
I recall, at that time, he drove an older Peugeot (a European-made car at that timeand I drove an Audi.)
One morning, I came into work early, and he walked past my office and said, “Howdy.”
