Andrew was kind, gentle, honest, and trustworthy. I worked with him for many years when he was in charge of maintenance at Statesboro Nursing Home. Andrew never once said, "It can't be done." There are many cabinets and other items in that building that were his handiwork. He was always willing to do whatever came up. I have a picture of him and some of the residents that I took when he used to have a weekly workshop activity with the men. They made key chains and birdhouses and all...
