Andrew Hunter Obituary

Andrew N. Hunter, 16, passed away on May 2, 2005. Andrew was active in the performing arts at Compass Montessori. He enjoyed portraying unique characters in the school's production of Lysistrata, Romeo and Juliet, and Greater Tuna. He also honed his skills in the technical end of play production as an assistant director and sound technician. Andrew expressed his musical talents through playing and song writing on the electric and acoustic guitar, with dreams of being in a performing band. His musical tastes ran to Blink 182, Green Day, and Sum 41. We will miss our Andu. Survived by parents Mark and Dena; brother Ethan; grandmother Sue Meade; aunt Vickie Meade; uncles Duane Meade & Peter Hunter; cousins Jessica & Kimberly Kincaid, Carissa, Caylee, Carter, Cadyn and Callan Hunter; many great aunts, uncles and cousins in Missouri. Funeral services Thursday, May 5, 9am, Olinger Crown Hill Chapel.

Our deepest sympathies to the famliy of Andrew...Our daughter Star and Andrew were good friends...and Andrew went to our church with Star. And finding out that he gave his life to Jesus recently just reassures me that God's plan place....and Andrew is now in heaven....Praise the Lord! And now many other kids are accepting Jesus because of Andrew..how awesome is that!!! we pray for your family...that you will be comforted, you will find peace and understanding in Andrew's passing and you will know Christ's love through it all.
