Dear Kessler family, Andy was my councilor at Camp Cedar 1982. I found a small photo book and searched Andy and was saddened by his loss. He was a passionate photographer and good hearted councilor and friend and mentor to a 15 year old from Puerto Rico all the way in Maine. Camp Cedar is a special place for anyone who attended and grateful for having a mentor such as Andy. I grew up to be a person Andy would be proud of. I count myself lucky to have known, worked with, worked for, learned from & laughed with Andrew. His best business advice was be early & keep them happy, happy happy! I'll miss you Andy. Your big smile & hearty laugh especially. Thank you for everything you gave me. You were one of the most generous & genuine people I've ever met. I'll remember you always!

Andy was a superb camp councilor to our sons and we'll warmly remember his warm effervescence and genuine caring. Our condolences to the family and may he rest in peace.
