My Uncle Sonny was always a favorite of mine, and even though I have lived away from Connecticut for the past forty plus years, I did get to visit him when I visited often to be with my Mom, his sister, and my Sister's family, and my many Aunts and Uncles.

I remember growing up I wanted to be called "Sonny" also, because of my love and admiration for my Uncle Sonny. He was always so kind and caring, and I know he called each one of his Sisters every morning to say hello for years...
