My prayers and thoughts are with you for the loss of your Dave, a great Father and Grandfather. I miss seeing him at the Hilger Trap Shoot.

I am really sad to be reading about Dave. My Father ( Bob Rogers) & Dave were friends in the Shrine Band. Dave played Taps at my Father´s funeral for my family on my Father´s beloved cornet at our request in March 2004. Your Dad was a very kind man and a good friend to my Father. Sincerely, Linda Rogers

I am struck with much sadness with the passing of Dave. I has just chatted with Dave a few weeks ago - and said that I would stop by soon and visit with him and others in the Shrine Dance band. He was so kind when I first joined the band in the early 80s - and we kept in touch over the many years - even after I left Billings. He was a great man and a great Shriner! I will miss him and miss playing with him.
