Anne was a shining light that will never be extinguished. Her laugh, her kindness, her love embraced anyone who came within her circle. The pain of losing Anne is hard to accept, but she will live on through the many lives she touched.

It was always a pleasure to be in the presence of Anne - engaging, curious, interesting - she always exuded a delightful energy. Her personal and colorful style (what a collection of amazing necklaces!) matched her sunny smile and disposition. I for one will surely miss her, especially on my Wilde Lake walks.

Anne Barker was our tennis partner for many, many years, retired from tennis only last year. She had a killer forehand shots and we tried to avoid hitting to her forehand. She always had a beautiful smile! We miss her really! Padmini Sagar
