Cheers Anne...to life well Iived. Rest in peace, you deserve to. It was a pleasure to know you and all the girls!

To Wendy and Brad and their families and the Curtis family, I had the privilege of getting to know Anne when she married Jim Fischer. I was his medical secretary and later his administrative assistant for more than 30 years. I was made to feel like part of the family in many ways and admired and appreciated their friendship, generosity and kindness so much. I was blessed to have worked for Anne in the Radiology Department. As her family says- "Anne was the picture of decency, humility, and kindness". That is truly an understatement. She was a remarkable woman, an exceptional and respected physician and an amazing friend. I am truly heartbroken to hear of her passing. I will remember her always and am a better person having known her.

I worked with Dr Curtis in the Diagnostic Imaging Ballroom at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Many great doctors came and consulted with her but she was the sweetest, most thoughtful and considerate doctor I worked with. She was great but so humble. An amazing professional, yet a wonderfully compassionate and caring person.-Rev Victor G Smith-pastor Liberty Christian Center,New Haven.
