Not sure what to say?

I´m so grateful to have known Annette and Dave. I was one of her instructors at Fred Astaire, in the 80´s. I had the pleasure of competing with her in Vegas and Miami Beach.

I was a teenager when Dave and Annette first came to Skyline Presbyterian Church. I remember their humble, gracious service to the church and to all people. They were particularly helpful to Rev. Jacobson's wife when the pastor died suddenly leaving two small children. Dave and Annette certainly set an example for all of us to help others and leave the world a better place to live. Lives well lived.

Our families, Whipples and Blacks, were closely connected from the 1920s. Annette was a special person and an inspiration for all of us.

To Annette's family: our prayers, love and sympathy go out to all of you.
Annette was one of the most wonderful women I have ever known (and that has been for the past 70 years!). She has been like a second mother to me in so many ways. Her unconditional love, prayers, Godly example and wisdom, generosity and true interest and caring, (not only for me but also my children) has been irreplaceable in my life. I can't begin to count the many ways she has always been there for me! I am...

Sending love to all and holding a special place in my heart for everyone

Annette a great women of God she will be missed by many. I will forever her and Dave love and kindness.

Bill and Gail,
I am very sorry to hear about your loss. I have precious memories of both of your parents. Annette was such a gracious, lovely lady who cared so much for everyone. I still have the gifts she gave me when I worked at FCI so long ago. Both of your parents were committed Christians and an example for all. I know how much you will miss her, she is safely with CD in a wonderful new home with the Lord. Shirley and Jon Schmick

Big love and big hugs to all the family and all of those who cared for Annette. The gifts she brought to the world continue to shine on us all. Love,

I'm so sad to hear of Annette's passing. I was a young professional when I worked at Tacoma Art Museum. She came to all the events and of course gave a generous gift to name the largest gallery in our new building. Her classiness and quiet dedication to philanthropy made quite an impression on me. All my best to the family.
