Annie Wilson McFadden

My condolences to Annie's family. She was a fellow faculty member at Enloe for many good years.

We were classmates at St. Aug over 50 years ago and spent many hours together in the science labs. Even though she chose to stay home in the south, and I came north to pursue our careers in education. Seems that St. Aug instilled in us some common approaches to teaching.
I extend my deepest sympathy to the family and community in your loss. May you find comfort in knowing that her spirit is in a place destined for eternal rest away from the cares and toils of this earth. Another...

Dear McFadden Family:
Mrs. McFadden was an excellent teacher and mentor. I am appreciative of her guidance during my years at Enloe. May the God of All Comfort, comfort your hearts and minds during the loss of this awesome Woman of God.

Mrs. McFadden taugh a buch of kids, that are now thriving adults. I remember one day she slipped on a wet paper towel in class and fell. She fell softly, so we were puzzled and got quiet! She got up, smiled and replied "I fell... I am so embarrassed"! The class paused and then errupted in laughter loud and hard... so hard, we were in the hallways. The teacher next door came by to check to see what the commotion was all about. We made sure that she was okay but, chuckled as we brushed off her...
