Not sure what to say?

Dear Debbie,
I was a classmate of Tony's at St. Johns High School in Toledo and we graduated together. He was a very good friend of mine in high school and I'm sorry we never were able to get together since we live so close. I don't know if he ever mentioned it, but in the 70's Tony and I took a trip together to Mexico City to visit relatives of mine. We had a wonderful time. I will certainly miss Tony and will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Debbie,
I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

With sympathy,

I babysat "Meggy" in 1983 when all "Tone" talked about at the Bagel Shop was how much he loved her and her mother. What big blue eyes you had as a baby, Meghan! Tony used to bring Jenny chocolate b/c she loved it. Tony was definitely a family man! :) Monica Mission Viejo, CA

Megan , Brian and Matt. I babysat for you when you were little and just heard the news about your dad. I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. I hope the love and support of friends and family brings you comfort. Your dad was so much fun and i enjoyed the years i spent babysitting for you guys and spending time with your family. Thinking of you.....

Debbie, Seth & Family,
So sorry to hear about Tony. You and the kids are in our thoughts and prayers.

Debbie and Kids,
I am so very sorry for your loss. We didn't get to see you that much because of the distance but want you to know that we are all thinking of you at this very difficult time.

Debbie,
I think we have been in shock since we heard Monday night. Bob and I have known Tony for most of the years he has lived in Oxford. We saw him a lot less than the early years when our children were young. Our kids loved him.

In the early years he would talk about wanting to be a teacher. I frequently told him he would make a good teacher and should go for it. I was so glad he did.

The last time we spent any significant time together was when we were on the...
