To Tony´s family. I am so sorry for the loss of Tony. I worked with Tony from 1956 until the day he retired and I still consulted with him after he retired. There is no one in the canal system that I had more respect for, than Tony. And I ended up working in Albany. Tony was a good man and my friend. You are all in my prayers.
