Anthony was a patient of mine and after all these years I still think of him and the tragedy that ended his life. He was such a kind soul. He was such a great dad and you could see how much he loved his family. He definitely imprinted in my life and he is missed.

I never wanted to share my feeling for all to read but here it goes, Tony this Wallace your friend we did everything together bad and good. We help one another become men as we were just boys when we met for the first time in school in the 7th grade, I even became your brother in law. We spent so much time together. My heart was hurt when you left so soon you had so much life left in you and you would of made a positive impact in everything you done in life. I find my self alone these days...
