Single Memorial Tree

Dearest Wendy, Mr. Bill, and Miss Rose. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your precious Vincent. I fondly remember spending time at your house with all of you and Shag the dog. No matter what Wendy and I were doing, Vincent was always there participating and wanting to be included. He was a gracious younger brother, kind and friendly and perfectly adorable. My heart aches for your Loss and I wish more than anything that we could experience those wonderful times again....

Vince was a relative -second cousin- we did not see each other much -but when we did we would talk & talk about our JEPPI Family & the good time we al had together--we also shared our LOVE for being on the WATER at OCEAN CITY . OUR sincere condolences to TERRI & FAMILY for this sudden loss - OUR PRAYERS are for your & for VINCE"S SOUL now in HEAVEN with OUR LORD AMEN

Rest in peace my friend.

My Condolences to the Popp Family. I was totally shocked hearing the news about Vince. I work with Vince at BGE sitting a few rows from him. I knew Vince since our St. Anthony days. We both lost track of each other over the years until we both met back up at BGE. It was like no time had passed, we always talked about the old neighborhood, family,...

Vince and I were next door neighbors and our Birthday's were 3 days apart. He was one of my closest friends. We were so different yet so much alike. We were each other's 1st kiss. We were in and out of each other's lives as we grew older, but always tried to keep in touch. Then him and Terry bought a beach house not far from me and we got to spend time together again. He was like a 3rd brother to me...a nice brother. Last time we saw each other we all went crabing on his boat. It's sad cause...

May you find peace in the wonderful memories you have. We are keeping all of you in our hearts and prayers

I have to have to share more of my experiences about Vince. I invited him to go along with me some time ago this was an event that He was proud of and I myself as A Veteran of the Army. Vince and I teamed up on the stove to make this meal that the menu was set by Boone Popp. He was so happy I was so as well we were cooking a meal for a small Army. This meal had instructions from Vince: this will fill you up the preparation was unlike any cook could do in the military. The meat had to be...
