Not sure what to say?

I had the great pleasure of having Mr. Recine in THS for health and driver's ed. Every time our paths crossed he always greeted me with his signature "Hey Hotdog how ya doin". He made you feel like family. Most sincere condolences to his family.

I had the pleasure to be on the Jr, 3 faculty with Tony Recine and when Mr. Walker left to be the THS principal, he took three of us with him --Mr. Carmignani, Mr. Recine and me. We three remained good friends for many years at THS, My condolences to his wife and family and until we meet again...Rest in peace, Tony. Tom Humphrey

Mr. Recine was my driving instructor at Trenton High many moons ago. I would think of him from time to time driving down a particular street that we had a disagreement about. He was really a great instructor and all around great guy.

Mr. Recine was an excellent driver education teacher-tough but kind. (Even today, more than 50 years later, I hear his voice in my head when I´m behind the wheel: "Avoid confrontation." "Move your car!" and the ultimate condemnation of another driver, "What a hot dog!"). He also took time to give me advice when I was having trouble adjusting to contact lenses! I have always remembered him with gratitude, and I´ve tried to live up to what he wrote in my yearbook: "Be a good driver always."...

We were so saddened to hear of dear Tony's passing. Each of us share many memories with him and Dina on LBI and the glorious summers there on the beach. God give him a place of rest and Memory Eternal. With respect and admiration from our family to yours.

So sad to read about Mr. Recine's passing...he was my teacher for Health/Drivers Ed class. I still remember when he was marking my test for the written portion of Driver's Ed he looked at w such a straight face I thought oh no, but then he nodded that I passed and all was well in my world. I still have my card. Rest in heavenly peace Mr. Recine. Millie B. TCHS Class of 82

Coach was one of a kind! I had the pleasure to know him as fellow Baron A A Member, Chambersburg resident and most of all, as my coach at the Great Trenton Central High - class of `82. As a former world champion on the Trenton Schroth´s he was proven winner and always demanded the best out of his teams. He had classic lines: "Look at him sashaying on the field"- "Banjo" - "can of corn". I would call him every so often for my hour long reminiscing of the old days at the High, the Baron´s or...

Mr. Recine taught me to drive in 1983. Don´t blame him. He was a cool cat. I remember him loosing it when we started practicing driving. May he rest in eternal peace and thank God for all his service and patience.

To the family of Tony Recine I had the opportunity to play baseball at jr#3 1962-64 we had a lot of fun Tony gave of time and talents because of the love of baseball. May you rest in peace
