I feel very fortunate and blessed to have worked for such an amazing man over the last 10 years! Mr. Salerno's passion and love towards residents, staff and families, has taught so many of us the true meaning of commitment, caring, and dedication. His compassion and sincerity will always be remembered.
Mr. Salerno will truly be missed and will always remain in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers.

To be taken at such an early age is just so profound to me. Mr. Salerno was a kind and generous individual. I believe he genuinely cared about his Directors of Nursing. I've been blessed to have met and worked for him. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers will be eternally with his family.
