To My Sister and My Poppy
I know that the day Antoine was born brought great joy to your lives as it did to everyone else's. I also know that the day he got sick brought a lot of pain and misunderstanding as to why him, but along with that you both had the faith and will to believe that Antoine would make it a lot further than all of the doctors said he would. So I say to you both, I know that there will be times when you miss him so much that it hurts, but don't forget that...

To a very special Grandson, Antoine you will always be in my heart, I will never forget the times that I shared with you, It was because of you Antoine that my heart was inspired to go back to school, and it was the opportunity that you instilled in me that made me finished. I enjoyed the times that I slept on your bedroom floor from Friday to Sunday, not because I had to but because I wanted to be right there beside you. And I would definitely sleep with one eye open. I loved the mornings...

To Antoine and Katina,
The day Antoine was born brought so much Joy to your lives. The night before Antoine was born, Michelle and I visited Katina in the hospital because we were going out of town. The next day, we were so overjoyed to learn that little Antoine was born healthy. Since that day he has brought so much joy to our lives. When Antoine became sick, we were all so devastated. GOD showed us that Antoine was still our shinning light and healthy in his eyes. His...

I remember the day when you were born and your grandmother Sharon told me that Tina wanted me to be your godmother. I was happy to have a godson because my other god children were girls. I thank God everyday for the little time we did get to spend together. As a sick child you were always in/out of the hospital and God gave you two of the best parents in the world. I have your picture on my desk in your santa outfit and hat. Just know that I will never forget you for as long as I live.

To the entire Richardson family my prayers are with you at this time. Especially to, Antoine Sr. aka POP. It has been many years since I came to know of that special gentlemen in your life, your son Antoine. I remeber back at Bowie State how your face would light up that he was still strong through all the struggle and in acknowledgement of the joy he brought to you and your family. Be encouraged and know that OUR GOD, never fails! I am so proud of the progress that you have made in life as a...

I loved the way Antoine interacted
with me. When I cam in his presence
he would be peacefully resting until
I would call out his name Antoine
Antoine he will open up one eye and
acknowledge me with a smile. That's
what I will miss the most from Antoine.
