I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the Honrud family.
I had the privilege of meeting Arden through his children. Over the years with weddings, barbecues and other life events we have talked from time to time. Arden enjoyed a good joke, not always clean.. and a good cigar. I respect this man that produced 3 of the most terrific children I call my friends. Gone too soon ....

RIP Arden, you will be missed. I will always remember the drives in the Mustang, the smell of your cigars, the sound of cracked peanut shells and the smile on your face. Our thoughts are with your family at this time...

In loving memory of my cousin, Arden. His job and travels took him away from us back in Minnesota, but his care for his family roots always brought him back in times of sorrow and celebration. We will always treasure those visits and our goal was to visit him and his family in California. We are saddened that this did not become a reality for us. May he rest in peace and we pray the wonderful memories of Arden will bring comfort and peace to all who were privileged to know him.

Arden has always been known as a friend to me. We shared many hours showing our engines at the Early Day Gas Engine & Tractor Association Branch 22 shows and also we spent time at the Western Minnesota Steam Thresher's Reunion on Labor Day weekends. Arden touched and will be missed by many of his engine friends.

I was privileged to count Arden as a friend when I was at Ryan. His advice and counsel was always steady and calm. It was comforting to know that he was running the financial "engine room" and that I knew we were in good hands.
I worked with his wife, Dee, for many years at Ryan Electronics, and was delighted to have the chance to run Ryan Aeronautical when Arden was on the team there.
Nothing made Arden happier than positive cash flow, and we enjoyed great times during my 4 years there.
Rest in peace, Arden, you have earned it. With high personal regard, Hudson

Arden was a gentleman, honorable, forthright and kind. A friend that was always there when you needed him. We have many memories of Arden. He knew when and how to make us smile and laugh. It is those memories that will always live inside our hearts. Donna Sue & Jim
