Not sure what to say?

someone mentioned that a book should be written about Buddy, if so I have letters and pictures that might be used.

Buddy and my mother became friends at the NEC and the friendship was carried on
through letters and pictures when Buddy moved to Alaska. Sometime after my mother died in'92
I continued to be in touch with Buddy via Christmas cards and notes. Not hearing from her, I was sure she had passed on. She led a wonderful life and I was glad to know her, even if it was through letters to my mom and later to me.

I sent Aunt Buddy my Christmas card as always this year and discovered this after getting the return. Sad to see, but what a life! I never met my grandfather, her Earl's brother Carlton, but Great Aunt Buddy sent me Christmas gifts/cards as far back as I can remember :)

Living and working in Aniak for several early years of the 1960's got to know the wonderful Ms Clay quite well.. As I was the Station Mgr for NCA which moved U.S. Mail via air from the Aniak P.O. to different small village's around the surrounding areas. She was a great lady and a legacy pioneer woman for the great State of Alaska. For over the past 40 years we received a note and Christmas Card, this year didn't and now I know why. Rest in peace dear Lady.

Mrs. Clay, you will be greatly missed! I still remember you playing the organ at the old Kuskokwim Mission church in Aniak. You were such a blessing to many people!

Buddy, I will remember you every Thursday night, waiting for your call. RIP my friend de KL7AED out.

May the God of comfort be kind to the family of Ms.Clay.........
