ARLENE LUCY HOWELL (nee Davis)
On Monday, January 9, 2017, ARLENE LUCY DAVIS HOWELL of Glenelg, MD, formerly of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved mother of Dr. James M. Howell, III (Dr. Ingrid Beard-Howell) and Dr. Keith A. Howell; grandmother of Aaron and Donavan Howell; sister of Margie Ware and Lelia Alford. Also survived by James M. Howell Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Family will receive friends at HINES-RINALDI FUNERAL HOME, 11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
