Dear Ann;
I was so so shocked with disbelief to hear of the loss of Al. You gave him the last years of his life. For without you there would have been no Al. You kept him alive like no one else would have done and you did all you could have done for him.You fought till the end keeping him alive. He chose his time to go and for that no one can fault him. He was a brave and Honorable human being. Fighting for his country and a decorated Marine. I think anybody who knew him knew that. I know that you loved him and God Bless you for all you have done. You gave him years that he would never have had without you. He loved you so much and would have done anything you wanted to make you happy. Unfortunately his body was tired and felt the need to go. I only wish I had one more chance to say goodbye but I didn't so I guess on November 5th I will be there to pay my respects. You know that you are welcome here anytime and again thank you for doing all you did for my old friend and buddy. I have a lot of memories of laughter we shared out on the back porch and the Mario Bros we played for hours at a time while we were both recovering from our surgeries. I still hear his voice in my head. God Bless You Ann.
