I have many fond memories of Arnie helping my father K. Cyrus Melikian and I negotiate the purchase of assets from Dad's old company RMI back in 1969 and 1970. His professional counsel helped create Automatic Brewers and Coffee Devices, Inc. - still going strong after 41 years. Arnie counseled us in the early 1980's on a clever way to structure an asset purchase which became a major part of the business.
