Wow. Ed Mosley just told me that Art had passed...I am stunned, had no idea. What a great guy, a dear friend when I was in Atlanta.

Art was truly one of a kind. He was industrious, inquisitive, supportive, and one great reporter. I had the privilege of having art lecture at one of my seminars and he knocked it out of the park. May his memory be a blessing

Art was a blessing and gift to this world, and certainly to my life. I was fortunate to have had a special friendship with Art for nearly 70 years. A childhood friendship that deepened over the decades. The most genuine, caring, loving, person. I am grateful that he was my friend. You will always be missed. Healing prayers and love to Carol and all of Art's family. .

I met Artie at Duke as he and I were the only ones wearing a cashmere coat...and we were both Jewish. He was always friendly and considerate. After he lost his hair, I saw him as a dermatologist on occasion. His success was due to his sharp mind, good looks and wonderful personality. Marrying beautiful Carol was the best thing he did.
