Arthur L. Armstrong

I am an old friend and associate of Art Armstrong. I live in Washington D.C. and am no longer in the insurance industry. I just learned of his passing. I worked with Art in the late 1980s at the Independent Insurance Agents of Washington as his Government Affairs staffer. I had great respect for Art his leadership and contribution to the industry. I was saddened to read of Art's passing. We first met at Our Savior's Lutheran over 50 years ago. We worked together on several church and Rotary projects over the years. Art was first class in every way. My deepest sympathy is extended to Janet and the entire family.

Janet, so sorry to hear of Art's passing. I often think of the projects I completed for you guys. It was always my pleasure to work with you both.
