Arthur Harvey Binner, 78, Leesport, died March 29, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. in the West Hamburg home of his companion, Lillian (DeLong) Romano, who loved and cared for him until the very end. He died after a long battle with congestive heart failure.

A brother and brother in law that will be deary missed at the family reunions. To Brad and Tonya and Family he was always fun to talk to and will be strange not getting him horseradish mustard that he like so much. Carl and my deepest sympathy are with you and the family.
