Not sure what to say?

Steve and Family:
Our family sends our love and support. My Mother, Betty Cawley, was a Den Mother for Pack 36 when Mr Bunker was the Cub Master. He was my Cub Master when I became a Cub Scout. That was over 50 years ago and I can still remember when I stood before him to become a Cub Scout. He seemed so tall to me. I remember his kind and gentle voice. He was a great Cub Master and someone I always looked up to. He helped me on my road in scouting. I regret not telling him in person the...

Dear Jewell,

Art will be dearly missed by all of us. We send our love and pray that your wonderful memories will help as time goes by.

Sincere sympathy,

Kathryn and Frank Murray

The 30 years since I last saw Art have erased neither my memories of his kindness toward a just graduated forester, nor his unique sense of humor. I am proud to be able to say that I knew Art and was able to work with him for a short time in the late 1960s.

John Colquitt, Savannah

A good, generous and kind man who could be
a role model to all who worked with him over the years. My deepest sympathy to his family.-

I am blessed and honored to have known the great patriarch of the Bunker clan these past few years. I am so sad that I am unable to come and join with everybody to celebrate and remember his life well-lived. I send my thoughts, prayers, and love to all the family, and especially to you Grandmother Jewell. May the Lord's peace and comfort surround you. Love, Melissa

To Jewell and our family,

As we've heard of the saddest news about Art's passing, we want you to know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers. We pray for God's strength and healing power to be showered on you in abundance in these days ahead.

We rejoice in Art's wonderful life, one that was so full of Love, generous giving and caring for others. What a grand and glorious life that is surely rewarded this very day and forever.

John, You know that the whole Backus family is sending our prayers your way at this time. He was a wonderful man who gave a lot to our community, just like Mr. Backus, and he will be greatly missed. Please let all his good actions and memories stay with you now. With our deepest sympathy, Elison, Dick, Scott, Marie, Kim, GiGi & Gordon
