Steve and Family:
Our family sends our love and support. My Mother, Betty Cawley, was a Den Mother for Pack 36 when Mr Bunker was the Cub Master. He was my Cub Master when I became a Cub Scout. That was over 50 years ago and I can still remember when I stood before him to become a Cub Scout. He seemed so tall to me. I remember his kind and gentle voice. He was a great Cub Master and someone I always looked up to. He helped me on my road in scouting. I regret not telling him in person the effect he had on my life. Steve, we have not seen each other in a long time but I still consider you a close friend. I hope all is well with you. I was out of town during the funeral or I would have been there. I know God will bring peace and comfort to the family because of the goodness of Mr Bunker.

The 30 years since I last saw Art have erased neither my memories of his kindness toward a just graduated forester, nor his unique sense of humor. I am proud to be able to say that I knew Art and was able to work with him for a short time in the late 1960s.

I am blessed and honored to have known the great patriarch of the Bunker clan these past few years. I am so sad that I am unable to come and join with everybody to celebrate and remember his life well-lived. Aunt Jewel and Family - I realize that at some point GOD needs to call his children home, but it doesn't make the loss any easier. My Uncle ART was one of a kind and had the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known and he WILL BE missed! Proud to be his Great-Nephew, Jeff Roberts
