Not sure what to say?

What to say about a man who was more of a father to me than my own. He was there at EVERY basketball game, choir performance, track meet, birthday and holiday throughout my life. He was dedicated, stubborn, patriotic, hilarious, generous, a hard worker, intelligent and loving. He endured a lot over his 92 years of life and I couldn't be more proud to call him my Papa. God be with you 'til we meet again.

Mesa Falls, Idaho

Its taken me a few weeks to put into words what was in my heart and what wanted to say on here. When I was a little girl I would get up on my dads lap and eat breakfast with him. I remember he always has coffee with cream and sugar. I no longer drink coffee, but I still can remember what it tasted like. I was able to tell him one last time, in the hospital, that "he was the best daddy in the whole wide wide world." He gave me a little smile and laughed. It was something he would have us kids...

Happy Trails to an incredible man, full of stories, humor and song. Art was a loyal friend and an irreplaceable member of the community (and especially Kiwanis), a family man of immeasurable measure. Our hearts go out to you and your family, Della. We have lost a fine and true friend, and we will be forever grateful for the time we spent with both of you. Love to you and your family.

Dear Della and family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. Art was such a good man. He and my dad, (Peanut), were such good friends. I hope they are sharing good stories up in heaven right now. All my love.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Crnich

What a gentleman! Loved to visit & hear many fun & funny stories about his long & filled life. He was amust have been a character to work with having that great sense of humor - such a jokester.
What a hilarious memory we have of that trip to Petrolia for the 61st Anniversary. When Art broke out in song (remembering every word exactly) I laughed so hard it hurt. Who knew he could croon Moon River like he did doing karaoke! That man sang beautifully.
We won't forget him & will carry on...
