Although we have only had the privilege of having had Art and Marjorie for neighbors for a short time, we have been blessed by their presence. I enjoyed the times I got to visit with Art and I will pray for Marjorie to know she is cherished and cared about especially at this time.

Missed seeing you up north the last whatever number of years. Hope you've found Ronnie up there; A lot of stories to talk about. Will never forget the trip to Hessel on the old Mathews boat. Only one unanswered question: What box did you take with you, what was in it, and what number was on it?? God bless ya.

What a wonderful day it was when we met Art Corden. He was a "one of a kind" person. Art was generous, kind, funny and quite vocal on some subjects, especially the government and the ways they were running the country. I will miss the conversations we would have. We all have our memories of Art, as do the family. The memories can not be taken away.

I was only privileged to know Art from mid 1980 to late 1984 at Michigan Bell, but I always liked him. He just seemed like a very nice, friendly, and personable man. I wish I could have known him better. I'm praying for those he left behind. May God's love see you through this difficult time.

I love you so much Uncle Art !!! You were a father to me....my Godfather. I am blessed that we were able to share so much of our lives together from boating each summer to Michigan Bell Christmas parties, to later sharing in my childrens lives. There was a time that life got pretty busy with kids, demands, work that we did not see each other as much but am so blessed that we re-connected and caught up and continued our relationship. I loved our visits -- to listen to your stories about the war, boating tales, and what was going on in your life that day. I love and respect you so much Uncle Art. You were a very kind and loving person deep inside and I always saw that in you. You were kind and had a wonderful heart toward everyone. When I thought of you it always warmed my heart and I was always so proud of you and proud to be your Godchild. I will miss you so much but I know I am so blessed to have had you in my life and my family's life. My boys and Mark think the world of you and Aunt Marge. Don't worry Uncle Art.....I will be there for Aunt Marge and take good care of her. God granted you peace in Heaven. There is no more suffering for you. You are with family and friends now.....OH NO !!! You and Dad are together once again......just a warning....you boys behave yourselves up there.....you don't want to be kicked out !!!! (Hee Hee)
I will always love you my special Godfather.....thank you for being part of my life and making my time with you so special and making my life so much better because you were in it !!! I will love you forever !!!!
