Not sure what to say?

Dearest Arthur-
I still can’t believe you are gone-we miss you every day❤

I had the pleasure of caring for Arthur when he was in the hospital up in Boston. I was a nursing student and he was the most influential patient I had ever met. It still brings tears to my eyes when I think of him. In fact, I've written a 15 page paper on how he affected my life. I was shocked and saddened to hear the news of Arthurs passing. We were very close friends in high school. We shared many great times and some very sad times including the passing of his mother and my father. To Michelle, Steven, John and all of Arthur's extended family -
I knew Arthur in high school..mostly memories of spending time with friends, taking a Judo class, singing 'Turn the Beat Around' while we headed for the Cape on a sunny day, and avoiding school by going to IHOPs. Arthur was never without a smile, a laugh or a song.
