ATLANTIS, Fla. - Arthur E. Fosse, 74, part-owner of a Tewksbury surveying company, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, at the J.F.K. Medical Center in Atlantis. He was the husband of Ema "Bita" (Salcido) Fosse, with whom he celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary on Nov. 3.

I was sorry to hear of the passing of Aurthur Fosse. I will remember him as close friend to my parents, Jerry & Dotty Murphy. I remember the fun my parents had with Mr. & Mrs Fosse, my parents enjoyed telling stories of the crazy things they all did as young adults.Best wishes to the Fosse family during this difficult time.
