74, Dec. 31. US Marine Corp and Air Force Vet, of Andover, FL & ME, formerly of Tewksbury. Co-Owner of Dana F. Perkins & Assoc. Land Surveyors of Tewksbury. Beloved husband of Ema "Bita" (Salcido). Father of Cynthia A., Laurie J. Hamilton and her husband Brad, all of Lowell, Arthur E. Jr. and his wife Donna M. (Sullivan) of Andover and Inga M. Burris and her husband Kevin of Hudson NH. Grandfather of Erik and Kayla Fosse of Andover, Ian and Matthew Burris of Hudson NH. Brother of Edith Perkins of Andover, Elizabeth "Betty" Burgess and her husband Mel of Orlando FL and Lloyd Fosse and his wife Elizabeth Button of Bristol NH. Brother in-law of the late Willard Perkins. He leaves many nieces and nephews. Calling hours, Sunday 2-6pm at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, TEWKSBURY. Funeral Services, Monday at 10am at the Free Christian Church, Elm St., Andover. Burial at Tewksbury Cemetery. At the request of the family, please omit flowers. Memorial contributions to the Make A Wish Foundation, 295 Devonshire St., Boston MA 02110 would be appreciated.

Myself and Lloyd Jr got into way to much trouble, but I miss all of you. I lived down the street in Tewksbury and worked at Dana Perkins in Lowell before and after we graduated.

I was sorry to hear of the passing of Aurthur Fosse. I will remember him as close friend to my parents, Jerry & Dotty Murphy. I remember the fun my parents had with Mr. & Mrs Fosse, my parents enjoyed telling stories of the crazy things they all did as young adults.Best wishes to the Fosse family during this difficult time.
