KATZ, ARTHUR Born in Milford, MA, grew up in Dorchester, formerly of Brockton and late of Port Richey, FL. Entered into rest October 12, 2008. Beloved husband of Shirley (Pearlman). Devoted father of Susan Katz and Judith & Peter Myerson. Loving brother of Samuel & Frances Katz and the late Anne Myers. Cherished grandfather of Michelle & Bob Kochen, great-grandchildren Alex & Nikaila Kochen and step-grandfather of Tracy Myerson, Lory Myerson & Robert Bender and their children Lily and Zach. Dear uncle and great-uncle of many loving nieces and nephews. A manager and buyer in retail for many years, after retirement he greatly enjoyed a second career as a substitute teacher. Passionate about his family, he loved all kinds of music & playing the organ, was a great dancer, enjoyed travel, reading & golf and was a very proud Hadassah Associate. Services will be at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel 475 Washington St., CANTON, on Thursday Oct 16 at 12 Noon. The family will receive guests at the home of Judith & Peter Myerson through Friday afternoon.
