Arthur Madsen Jr.

I knew Arthur from about 1963 to 1966 when I lived in San Rafael prior to being drafted and never seeing him again. However, his face and memory are as if from yesterday. He was a cheerful fellow and we had fun together. He would come over to my apartment regularly and we would listen to Beach Boy's music and do stuff together.
