To the McGovern family,
Please accept our condolences. My husband and I met Arthur at the subway sandwich shop that we owned on Hancock Bridge. He stopped in every morning on his way to work, to pick up his turkey sandwich for lunch. He would stay and talk with us for an hour. Every now and then he would eat a cookie with us, but not often because he was watching his weight. The chats we had with Arthur ranged from sports, to family.
