I had the opportunity to work with Art at Breuners in the 1970's. Art was always the go to guy to show us the ropes. Great times! Back then, our group was Art, Chuck Oeland, Nick Gutierrez, John Battiato, Jon Tesik and Al Chan. Art was always up on sports. There was a guy in the loading dock named Louie. Louie thought that he knew the local basketball scene and he and Art would bet on the games. I remember seeing Art's tally in the stockroom. There must have been 15 to 20 hashmarks...
