In 1995, by some divine intervention, I met Art Weiler. We shared a common interest in bamboo rodmaking, and he became my mentor by teaching me his method of building fine cane fly rods. After 8 months, I crafted a number of rods under his tutelage. But more importantly, I found a great and kind friend in Art! He was a terrific teacher, knowledgeable sportsman, and devoted family man. Art leaves behind a reputation as a legendary rodmaker. I will be forever grateful for his friendship...

So sorry my cousin and his children. So many fond memories of the family as we all grew up. Love Marie
