So sorry to hear this. We knew Gus from Sunrise, where my Mom, Janet, is a resident. I always enjoyed chatting with him when I visited my Mom.
Our condolences.

Jeff and I were so saddened to hear of Gus' passing. He was our tremendously loved brother-in-law for 13 years and very well-loved ongoing friend for years after. The keen intelligence, sparkling blue eyes and loving nature with which he gifted everyone who knew him will never be forgotten.
Gus, our hearts go with you!

I was privileged in knowing Gus for the past 7 years and enjoyed our friendship. Gus was a full of laughter, gracious and enjoyed life. At family events our attentions revolved around Gus and his stories had us laughing until we cried, often with odd looks from strangers as they passed by this public mayhem. He welcomed me into his home and life during my sporadic visits. My condolences to his kids in their grief. Keep a tight hold on your fondest memories of your Dad.

I am very sorry to hear of Gus' passing. I worked with Gus in the 70's when he was with the accounting firm and Gus hired me in 1981 in Utica NY as his Business Manager at Harron Cable TV. I always thought of Gus as one of my mentors in life. He was a fine man.
