We are shocked and saddened by the news of Avis passing. I had the pleasure of visiting with her at Rick and Candy's in Savannah just a couple of weeks ago. I especially enjoyed our chats on the back porch, and hearing all about her family, how she met her husband, how she ended up in Akron, and ofcourse about her kids and grandkids. I enjoyed her easy going nature and sense of humor. A couple of things that stuck with me, were mention of a son-in-law, I believe, that had taken special care...
