I am sorry to hear about the family's loss. Baheej was my teacher at Columbia College and was always so uplifting and encouraged me to continue studying sociology in grad school. He was one of few teachers who made a big impact on my life.

My deepest sympathies to Susan and the entire family. I worked in The University Club dining room & knew Baheej for almost 4 years... When I'd ask him if he needed anything else, he'd always say 'Just a smile.' He will be missed.
